Terms of sale

1. Who you're buying from

texsocks.com is operated by TeXoX LLC. These terms cover any order placed through the site, and placing an order means you accept them.

2. Products

We photograph the socks as accurately as we can, but screens vary and color on your monitor may differ slightly from the pair that arrives. Every pair is one unisex size — see the size and fit page before ordering if you're unsure.

Stock is finite. If an item sells out between you ordering and us packing, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars.
• Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Nothing is charged afterward.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. We don't handle or store card details.
• Sale prices apply while they're displayed. We don't backdate a discount to an earlier order.

If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted when we email confirmation. Until then we may decline it — for example if we can't ship to your address or the item has sold out.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier its timing is out of our hands, though we'll help you chase anything that goes missing.

We currently ship within the United States only. Checkout will not accept an address elsewhere.

6. Returns and cancellation

Unworn socks in their original band can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Worn socks cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Full details are on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

7. Faulty goods

If a pair arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time and we'll replace or refund it. You won't be asked to pay return shipping on a faulty item.

8. Our designs

The sock designs, the photography, the text on this site and the TexSocks name belong to us. Buying a pair doesn't give you the right to copy the design or resell it as your own.

9. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses — a gift arriving after a birthday, for instance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version live on the site when you order is the version that applies to your order. Last updated August 2026.
